Our Simple, 2-Step Process for receiving donations
of Gold, Platinum & sterling Silver

 

Jewelry for Good provides a simple, turnkey operation, so our nonprofit partners need only publicize their Bring Your Bling™ fundraising event.

We provide sample customizable marketing materials, including:

  • A description of the program for your donors

  • Bring Your Bling event guidelines

  • Email templates

  • Donation forms

This allows your organization to customize fundraising campaigns that best suit your unique needs.

As a result, our partners execute just two steps to create this exciting new revenue stream for doing good:

Step 1:

Request a prepaid FedEx shipping label from Jewelry for Good, then solicit the donations from your donor base through email, direct mail, fundraising events, or chapter gold and silver drive events.

Step 2:

Send in the donations (or direct the donor to send in their donations) in FedEx branded packaging, along with the accompanying donation form, to Jewelry for Good.

Each of your donors will receive a donation receipt from Jewelry for Good for 100% of the market value of the precious metals they donated, including a detailed valuation report.

Your nonprofit will receive a check for 80-85% of the gold value and 70% of the silver value. The balance is paid to the metals processor and refiner.

Turnaround time is approximately 2-4 weeks.
